Overview
At Green Fur, we're committed to delivering eco-friendly pet products to your door as quickly and sustainably as possible. We currently ship to addresses across Canada. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped. Delays may occur during peak seasons, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on business days are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping reach — stay tuned!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may happen due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, carrier issues, etc.). If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to our support team and we'll investigate right away.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, visit our Return Policy page or contact our support team.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
True to our mission, all Green Fur orders are shipped using recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials. We avoid single-use plastics and use right-sized boxes to minimize waste and reduce our carbon footprint during shipping.
